At the Cofie Residence the kitchen was redone to have more storage and feel more open with the the ceiling being lifted with the new skylight bring in more light and openness to the home. With new cabinets and counter tops allowing for more storage and cooking space.
At the Sass residence, a basement ADU conversion presented a striking opportunity within an existing residence. Fresh tile, modern light fixtures, and blue painted doors liven up the space. The plan consists of an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, and a laundry room with storage. Generous windows provide for ample lighting and a visual connection with the natural landscape.
At Silicon Valley Demo, the scope of work was to put in new finishes, new break room and non structural wall. This new break room made a difference for the space in that it made the place feel less empty and vast. A non structural wall was added towards the front of the space to create more privacy and a better sense of space for the lobby.

AR Workshop – Approximately 1600 SQFT in the Granary, AR workshop was remodeled by Carlson Construction to have new carpentry, refinished floors, finished drywall and a paint job to make it look like it does today. At AR Workshop a wall was taken down to turn two storage rooms into one large one for the materials used in the crafting that AR Workshop does.
They work on Boutique DIY Workshop that offers hands-on classes to create charming & custom decor, wood signs, canvas pillows and more.
